i created my coreplay® class from years of teaching groups and private clients from all walks of life: teens, retirees, pre/post-partum moms, professional athletes, celebrities, spinal-cord injury rehabs, and the guy or girl who just wants to feel better for 45 minutes. 

using my certifications in pilates, barre, indoor cycling, and yoga i wanted to create a format that was first and foremost safe and second FUN! using mostly bodyweight, music you can’t help but move to, and personal, uplifting guidance, i created a class where all felt welcome, regardless of their size, gender, race or athleticism. 

my intention for teaching has always been selfish: i want my clients to leave my class feeling better, stronger, and kinder so that they go out into the world, a world i have to live in too, and make someone else feel better, stronger, and kinder. i take my responsibility and privilege to live in this world seriously, and i want to leave my classes and clients feeling valued, seen, and recognized.
